Domain at Boondall is a quiet, well located complex handy to shops, schools, transport. The on-site manager takes dedicated care in ensuring the complex is neat and tidy and well run at all times.

We have a couple of units available at the present time that will be appealing to you if you are in the the market looking for a great place to live. The population here includes single people, couples, younger and older families – they all enjoy the trouble free environment.

We have a complimentary gymnasium for tenant use and a large lawn area for ball games, riding bikes etc.

The units are all similar in design with some slight variations in carpet and tile colour.

On the first level, the three bedrooms all have built in robes, ceiling fans and fly screens. The master bedroom has air-conditioning, LARGE ensuite with great storage and a balcony off the side.
The guest bathroom has the shower over the bath and again great storage for personal items.

The ground level comprises the air-conditioned living/dining area, with modern kitchen, laundry and 3rd toilet. The outside covered area can be accessed through the backdoor for those that enjoy outside living. The remote control garage is accessed from the house and is a good set-up for the security minded tenant.

Toombul and Chermside shopping centres are 15 minutes away and local shops such as Woolworths, Big W, and IGA are a couple of minutes away. There are two railway stations to choose from that are approximately 3kms away and the bus is available in the immediate area.
