I have a generous room available my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern unit in Bowen Hills from the 30th November. My unit has a large kitchen, open plan living area, front and rear balconies, double (covered and remote access) carpark. It is mostly furnished with a fridge, washing machine, microwave and TV. Just missing a couch at present with a little room for extra bits and bobs Your room is large enough to fit double bed, desk and side table and includes ceiling fan, large built-in wardrobe and sole use of the main bathroom.

Location: Situated ~10minute walk from the RBWH/ RCH, 15minute walk from Emporium/ Gasworks, 2minute walk from Bowen Hills train station, 2minute walk from bus stops into and out of the city.

A bit about me: I’m female, 23 years old working as a health professional. Naturally, I have an interest in staying fit and healthy but also love a chat and a laugh over a wine and delicious meal. I’m a keen gym goer so would be esctatic with a new housemate and gym/ running buddy
