Please note that you must already have an NRAS letter of approval to be considered and complete the attached application. You must have all supporting documentation and identification. Our office will conduct initial verification and then it is sent through to a third party company who will verify your income. Once this has been verified your application will go through to NRAS who will make final approvals. This can take between 1 and 7 days to receive approvals if all documents are completed correctly with all required documents.

For identification you will require a birth certificate or passport, a drivers licence or proof of age card and a medicare card.

For proof of income you need to provide supporting documents for all income from 12 months prior to the application date. There can be no gaps in documentation. If you are a centrelink applicant you need to obtain a Centrelink Income Summary and a Payment Summary. If you are a salary or wage earner, you will need a tax assessment notice ands the last payslips closest to the date of application.

Once all prospective applications are approved tenants will be selected for a lease agreement
