These properties go very quickly and we advise having the forms ready to be sent to NRAS for approval when you come to inspect.

When applying you must have all supporting documentation and identification requested or it will not proceed. Our office will conduct initial verification’s and then it will be sent through to a third party company who will verify your income. Once this has been verified, your application will go through to NRAS who will make final approvals. This can take between 1 and 7 days to receive approvals if all documents are completed correctly with all required documents.
For identification you will require a birth certificate or passport, a drivers licence or proof of age card and a medicare card.
For proof of income you need to provide supporting documents for all income from 12 months prior to the application date. There can be no gaps in income documentation. If you are a centrelink applicant you need to obtain a Centrelink Income Summary and a Payment Summary. If you are a salary or wage earner, you will need a tax assessment notice and the last payslips closest to the date of application.
Please email with an appointment request between Mondays 1pm and Friday 10am if you would like to inspect one of our vacant properties. Most of our one bedroom units are very similar, if it has a tenant in place a minimum 24 hours notice is required before we can gain entry.
