The 4,074m² hardstand area is fully fenced with 6 foot security chain wire as well as being alarmed as are the the main entry and exit gates.The hardstand is also fully lit and covered by security cameras. The hardstand area has a second set of double manual gates that would allow for large vehicles to drive through alleviating the need for onsite turning.
The commercial area is a well balanced mixture of individual offices, board room, meeting rooms, open planned areas and catering facilities. The amenities for both male and female staff have individual lockers and showers as well as the usual toilet arrangements. In addition to the standard internal staff catering arrangements there is a 130m² external eating area, open on three sides to take advantage of the natural light and breezes.
