The room is a good size with built-in wardrobes. The tenant also gets sole use of a bathroom. The complex has gym pool spa sauna and large bbq common area etc. Internet access included.Youll be sharing with the owner a young professional male with an easy going attitude.Non-smokers only thanks! And prefer student or professional.Also.. please note this does not include parking so will be more suitable to someone who does not require a car. I can also supply a double bed and basic furniture if required the rent will be the same.
