Address is unit 1402, 79 Albert street, river city apartments. The bedroom for rent is currently unfurnished. The flat is spacious with 1 bathroom and large balcony. There are also other facilities available like a pool, sauna, gym and BBQ area. There is also 1 car park space but is currently being rented out. Rivercity apartments is a secure building – 2 keys are needed to access units. one is a key that allows you to access your floor as well as the floor with the pool etc and the other is the key to access the unit.
