This Large Ashgrove home is air-conditioned and sleeps up to eight people; there are two ensuites and one bathroom, the kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven and 4 hotplates, and microwave.

This home is fully furnished including pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, sheets and towels, washing machine and dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, etc.
A reasonable consumption of Internet, Electricity, gas and water are included in short term rates.

This home has a swimming pool and barbecue area. We are close to coffee shops, shopping centers, parks and transport nearby

$1300.00 per week is based on a twelve month stay. Electricity, gas and excess water are not included for long term lease.

Shorter stays are very welcome and the price is dependent on the length of stay.

Pets are welcome on application.
