Sorry there is no car space available.Bond is 4 weeks rent ($1240) plus 2 weeks ($620) in advance electricity would be divided in half and if required internet can also be divided in half. You will be sharing with a friendly female who has a good sense of humour enjoys a laugh.It would be nice to share with a person who would like to make the apartment their home and not just rent a room.
