Appliances such as a front loader washing machine and 220L fridge/freezer are modern. The galley kitchen has an oven, grill and hotplates.

There is airconditioning and also a double glazed window that opens up to look out onto Edward St. The bedroom features a cool loft bed which provides a “chill out zone” beneath it. The bathroom is located off the bedroom (ensuite style).
