Hi!My partner (Jamie and 25 years) and myself (Kayla and 21 years) are a friendly and out going couple who tend to get along with everyone we meet. Now that we are both studying we would like to welcome another person or couple to share our 4 bedroom home in Carseldine. The house has two living areas (one tiled and one carpeted) as well as a dining room. We are more than happy for our new housemate to utilise the second living area and fill it with their own furniture.The only thing is we do have a small cat. So we would prefer someone who is an animal lover or at least does not mind them.Other than that the bedroom on offer has a double bed however you will need to bring your own sheets and blankets. Also the second bathroom will be yours!Please dont hesitate to email to discuss rent/utility costs as they slightly differ depending if you are applying as a couple or by yourself.
