I bought my first place back in Jan about a year ago and am looking for someone to come and rent one of my rooms! I live here by myself atm! I am a year one teacher, so out of the house Mon- Fri, school hours and then do a lot of tutoring and babysitting out of school hours!

You would get your own room and own bathroom! All bedrooms and lounge room are airconned- There is broadband internet that we can share All rooms have built-ins! Your room would be unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished! I am situated about 200 metres from Chermside shopping centre, library, pool and RSL! (never a dull moment- plenty of things to do!) Chermside bus stop is about 400 metres from the front door taking you all over the place

When I’ve got nothing on- I love just hanging out with a glass of wine! I’m a rather social person- but happy to keep it quiet every now and a again as well
