110 p/w plus bills (gas and electricity every 3 months split equally between all housemates and $20 each month toward wifi internet)

Easy going, clean and respectful housemates! Two students who also work and 1 full time worker. Don’t party every weekend but do like to have a social drink on occassion.

Undercover parking available as well as plenty of street parking!!

House is fully furnished with all the necessities although the room will be UNFURNISHED.
