Room for Rent Enoggera $185 p/w

Hi,
I have a room for rent in a neat and tidy queenslander in Enoggera – conveniently located less than 200m from both bus and train stations. Available now. Looking for someone to take over a spot on the lease until July 2014.

I am a 22-year old female, working full-time. Seeking a similar housemate, or student (preferably female), someone who is reliable, tidy and respectful. I am pretty quiet during the week but do like to socialise on weekends. I will respect your privacy and I don’t hog the bathroom

The house is centrally located, 2-min walk to shops (takeaway, bottle-o, convenience store, etc), 5-min drive to all major supermarkets or Bi-lo is walking distance. QUT Kelvin Grove is only a short bus ride, so the location is great for students.

The room offered is a single-size room with built-in cupboard storage. It can be furnished with a single bed and a large wardrobe/dressing table – otherwise you are welcome to bring your own furniture. A queen bed will fit comfortably along with other furniture.

The rest of the house is fully furnished. The front room is currently not used for anything – there is a desk there and you would be welcome to use it as a study area. The house has a good sized backyard and downstairs area, which is good for entertaining. Room for 2 cars to fit underneath the house (I have my own).

You will also be sharing with my 1-year old cat Juniper, so you must be cat-friendly! She is very well behaved.

Rent: $185 p/w
Bond: $740 (4 weeks rent)
Utilities are not included and will be split equally between us (gas, electricity, internet, etc.)
