Hi there! Im looking for housemates to fill 2 rooms by January 7th. Im a bit alternative I love tattoos and piercings eclectic music and art. Though I am also fairly quiet and spend a lot of time on my computer. .) Ive included a photo of myself. Id prefer students over 20 if possible but would consider very responsible younger folk. Two housemates are leaving at about the same time so I need to confirm to fill the rooms ASAP. Room 1: Carpeting aircon and its actually sound-proofed! Room 2: Great size closet polished floor and can have a small single bed if you need one. **Note: If you need a desktop computer I have ONE very good one that is not being used and Im happy to let you borrow it. The house is a 10 minute walk to both bus AND train (Ferny Grove 20min to City) routes. As you can see its very modern and has an awesome backyard for BBQ or just sitting in the shade. Im very easygoing. If I can hear you over my in-ear headphones then its probably too loud – if that makes any sense? Im cool with you having your friends over for gatherings too as long as I have notice in advance. You will be living with me one other housemate and a small cat. Each person has plenty of space to have their own cupboard in the kitchen and their own shelf in the fridge to store groceries. Electricity and gas bills are split evenly between the three of us they arrive every quarter and are very reasonable. Unlimited internet is included in the rent. I dont mind smokers but I cant have any other pets here at the moment sorry. So if youre a student who wants a lovely place to study only 15 min transport from Kelvin Grove campus or a quiet professional who enjoys houseshare – this would be perfect for you. *I am working on getting a decent photo of the rooms themselves but my phone is not taking photos at the moment.
