The house is pet friendly with outside pets considered. It is a high set house, with verandahs, a huge yard, in a leafy setting, creek running down the back, fully fenced, undercover, off street parking available. Smoking permitted outside.

20 mins drive to the city, and only 10 mins drive from Arana hills shopping centre, Grovely TAFE & train station.
