The kitchen has a Smeg 70cm oven, microwave and dishwasher together with an icemaker twin fridge/freezer. A full array of cooking and dining essentials are supplied. These include a Nespresso machine and rice cooker.

The bedroom has two walls with floor to ceiling glass giving sweeping views of the upstream river and city skyline.
