Cooktop is induction type, suitability of cookware is the tenants responsibility
Cooktop should not be used for anything other than cooking and at no times anything other than compatible cookware placed on it
Cooktop and oven should be cleaned according to instruction manuals, any damage caused by not adhering to the manuals will be the tenants responsibility
Fortnightly gardener will mow lawns however all other gardening including weeding in paved area around pool and back of the house to be done by the tenant
All supplied instruction manuals will be listed and signed for as received by the tenants. They shall be fully read and closely adhered to by the tenant. Damage to any of the equipment that manuals have been provided for due to negligence, failure to follow the operating, maintenance or cleaning instructions will be rectified at the cost of the tenants. Note all manual specification compliant cleaning products, tools and equipment shall be supplied by the tenant.
The wooden floors shall be cleaned with wooden floor compatible floor cleaner. the cleaning fluid and equipment shall be supplied by the tenant
Chlorine for the pool shall be supplied by the tenant and bought from Rode Rd pool supplies, any overdosing or under dosing of the pool that causes damage to the pool and/or pool cleaning equipment shall be rectified at the tenants cost
The Pool compliance laws shall be strictly adhered to by the tenants to ensure continual and unbroken compliance during the period of tenancy as the property was leased fully compliant.
The garage storeroom is locked and cannot be accessed or used at anytime by the tenant
No other appliances, equipment, consumables other than present at the time of commencement of tenancy shall be supplied by the landlord, including but not limited to light bulbs, pool equipment or toys, additional cookware, mops, brushes, buckets etc.
