We have a medium sized, unfurnished bedroom available in our sharehouse in Annie Street, New Farm.

The house is a great old Queenslander with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom ,air-conditioning, open plan living design and floor boards throughout.

There is a rear entertaining deck, huge backyard, heaps of space under the house for storage, carport and plenty of street parking available.

We’re in a vibrant part of New Farm, close to New Farm Park, Merthyr Shopping Village and Fortitude Valley, with public transport in close walking distance. The CBD is also about a 25/30 minute walk away.

There are currently 2 girls and 1 guy living in the house. We are a fairly easy going and friendly bunch who all get along well and we are looking for someone like-minded to move in.

We would prefer a guy to maintain the gender balance in the house but are happy to hear from anyone who is interested. Also if you have a dryer that would be tops.

Bond is $620, rent is $155 per week and is paid 2 weeks in advance. Bills for gas, electricity and internet are split evenly 4 ways.

We’re very sad to be losing our fourth member of the house but we’re pretty confident we will find someone just as awesome to replace her, if that’s you – get in touch.
