We are two friends who have just moved into a flat together in New Farm and are looking for someone who is fun, social, clean and tidy to share our spacious three bedroom flat. We are both professionals (aged 29 and 31 ?” male and female) who love socialising but also enjoy sharing a quiet dinner and glass of wine together at home.

The flat is in a great location, situated just off Moray Street with the Little Larder on the corner of the street and plenty of other cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from. It is split over two levels with three bedrooms (one with ensuite), bathroom and separate toilet/laundry room downstairs and a large open living area, kitchen and large balcony upstairs. There is air conditioning in the living areas and the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The available room is large with a built-in wardrobe. There is also plenty of on-street parking.

When we are both around we like to go for breakfast on the weekend or out for drinks/events and we are looking for a flatmate who is interested in socialising with us. Ideally you will be aged 25 to early 30s but we are flexible for the right person.

The room is $225pw plus bills and is available immediately.
