We are looking for one female to rent a spacious shared room in the New Farm area. This unit has 3 bedrooms each containing 2 single beds. We are looking for someone to move in immediately with 5 tidy, friendly professional Irish girls. This fully furnished apartment also has two bathrooms, a spacious living room with 40 inch plasma TV, free wifi, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. Furthermore this unit is in a great location, near many shops, cafes etc. 3 minute walk from Coles. $145 per week rental and $300 bond. All bills are included.
