i have a queen size room available immediately for either a single or a couple to share my lovely flat. The Apartment comes fully furnished with gas appliances and is located on a quiet New Farm street in walking distance to Sydney Street Ferry, Murthyr Village a Bus stop directly out front to Brisbane City.

About the room: it is quite a large room and you can fit a queen size bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and even a couch if you wish and you would still have room. It also has 2 built in wardrobes and drawers.

There is a garage but it is quite small so it is used mainly for storage, it currently hosts a bike and would be handy for cyclists and Moped enthusiasts. There is plenty of street parking and safety has never been an issue.
