We are a couple; Greg and Alan with our small dog Kadin and are seeking a new flatmate. We are easy going friendly clean tidy. Parking is available underground. 1 minute walk from river Newstead Park and bus stop. Bowen hills train station 10minutes walk. 5 min drive to New Farm or Hamilton Coles. 2 min to servo. 5 min to City.
