Large spacious home 5 bedroom home 10k from city 5 min walk from 3 train stations (Nundah Northgate and Virginia). 2 easy going females looking for flatmates we currently have 2 rooms for rent (current flatmates are moving on at end of lease due to work commitments) one is a large self contained downstairs area own bathroom lounge and kithenette 2nd bedroom is large and upstairs there is a third spare bedroom for guests etc. House is fantastic nice outdoor area with great entertaining facillites incl. BBQ etc. Rent will be $115 p/w per room or if a couple want downstairs it will be $240 p/w a bond will be required however we can discuss that. We are both easy going social professionals who like to have a few drinks in the weekends etc house is always open to friends and partners. OSP available.
