The property is located a 13 min walk to the Queen street mall in Brisbane, 20 mins walk to Fortitude Valley (china town) and a 5 to 10 min walk to many of Brisbanes most prestigious private schools, Brisbane Boys Grammar, Brisbane Girls Grammar, All Hallows and St Josephs College to name a few. St Andrews private hospital is a short 5 min walk. Roma street Parklands is also a 15 min walk.
