Located 5mins walk from central station and 10mins to the Queen st mall. Close to woolworths and spring hill loop bus to the city. Does not come with parking space. For extra $35/week all utilities foxtel and internet can be included otherwise Electricity and gas will be split equally. Foxtel and wireless internet can be available at extra cost.
