Looking for a new housemate – 3 bedroom townhouse located in complex in taigum. Complex has pool and tennis court – centrally located between both Zillmere and Carseldine train stations aswell as there being a bus stop directly across the road from complex entrance.The house – downstair is airconiditioned and upstairs each room has ceiling fans. You will have a choice between one of the two spare rooms and the main bathroom to yourself. Every room has built in cupboards. If you have furniture youre more than welcome to bring it !Parking is pretty limited.** please note that if you are willing to share bathroom we can try and get another person in to lessen costs.Bills will be split evenly.
