We are preferably looking for 1 male to add some balance to the house, as we already have 2 females and 1 male (all under 30). We would like a clean, tidy, employed, non-smoker, under 30yrs, who is pet friendly as we do have pets! You will be renting a decent sized room, with a small storage/hanging space and a separate built in cupboard and 2 windows. The house itself is quite large with 2 bathrooms, large kitchen/dining/lounge, laundry and a large backyard! Driveway and on-street parking available. Close to public transport (buses + trains) and local stores. Utilities are shared. Lease expires in February but we are looking to stay on for another year. We?Tre a healthy house which loves cooking, working out randomly and sharing a board/x-box game. We pay internet, gas, electricity and water bills as they come in (split by 4).
