We are looking for a clean, reliable and positive person, either a professional or a student with part time work to share the house with us. There are 4 of us in the house, we are all very down to earth and friendly. We have a spectacular 3 level townhouse, super modern and VERY spacious so there is enough room in the house for everyone to have their privacy.

We have the Master Bedroom available, which has an on suite with double sink and shower. The room also has a large balcony with city views, massive wardrobe, fully & elegantly furnished or can be unfurnsihed if required. The rent is $300 p/week incl. utilities (water, gas and electicity) & also unlimited internet – Couples accepted.

The townhouse is super modern, nicely furnished, has a massive modern kitchen and living room, with balconies either side that make it very fresh + amazing views of the city. The place is next to a bus station and also very close to the city cat and shops, so you will have pretty much everything you need at your door step.

We are not a party house as all of us either study or work full time, but we do like to socialize and have a laugh and nice conversation in our free times. We all clean after ourselves and share the shores and cleaning of the house, we are looking for someone that will do the same.

If you like the place (which I am sure you will!!) you will need to pay 2 weeks bond + 2 weeks rent in advance and also get approved by the real estate, not to be on the lease but as an approved tenant, so they know who is living in the property. Also, if for any reason you want to move out all we ask you is to please give us 2 weeks notice so we can find someone to take the room over.
