About me: I am 25 years going on 40…. because i’m a crazy cat lady! i’m extremely open and honest, with high levels of respect if I am shown the same, quite particular about things, especially about keeping things clean!
I live a fairly quiet life, i am naturally healthy (no health freak though) and love to cook, I have just finished uni (again long story) and am going to be working full time, so i foresee early nights and mornings.
I am in charge of this unit although I don’t own it, those who do, are close to me and have trusted me to chose suitable tenants.

Rent is to be transferred to me three days before the due date NO EXCEPTIONS, same goes for any utility bills, these will be divided between us and those who have lived here before.
