Heylooking for young person (18-30) who is either a student or worker. House is clean and new. The house has everything bar a clothes dryer so would be handy is tenant had one though this is not essential. Currently 2 guys and 1 girl lives here. Food is separate though we do cook together sometimes. House is avaibale for inspection
