Hi! We are looking for an easy-going housemate to share our older-style house. Your room is about 3m x 3.5m with hardwood floors. There is a shelf where you can hang your clothes under but otherwise the room is unfurnished. There is a single bed available if you need tho. We like to keep the place reasonably tidy so we expect our new person to tidy up after themselves..especially after cooking!! We fend for ourselves so we buy and cook food for ourselves. Theres a nice patio out the front for relaxing and underneath the house theres a washer and dryer and loads of storage space! We also have a beautiful rotti x dog who is allowed in the house on couches etc so you must be cool with that Hes the best security you can get . Oh yeah the rent includes all electricity/gas/water/mowing/cleaning products- so you only take turns with us buying dunny paper.
