Im a 20yo female Ive been living with my two male housemate for the last 6 months. Im leaving and theyre staying on – They are 20 and 23 and are both clean easy going friedly guys. The house is a beautiful old queenslander with a spacious refurbished kitchen (incl. dishwasher). Its a large room (easily fits double bed computer desk/tv unit). The house is fully furnished including washer/dryer and a pool table. You will need your own bedroom furniture. The yard has beautiful trees front and back that create a nice forest feel which you can enjoy from the large verandah. The bathroom is also newly refurbished with a HUGE bath (with spa jets). Walking distance to Fairfield gardens (coles BWS library). 5 minute walk to Dutton Park train station (15 minute ride to city) and Eleanor Schonell Green Bridge to UQ.
