Im 39 I work for Flight Centre as a business analyst/project manager/geek love my job I train in martial arts boxing and some other crazy pursuits as they occur or make themselves available to me. Im engaged in self study in financial management and I have a little job on the side. I love my wine but I balance that love with actually getting stuff done and having a life (almost all the time!). Im good and lazy in my small amounts of down time. I can spend a whole day watching stored programs from my TiVo (best. invention. ever). I tend to go out to hang out with friends and family but I have them over occasionally. Im a clean as you go kind of person. The place is almost always clean and tidy especially with my cleaning lady coming every 2 weeks to do the hard stuff.Its a great well laid out apartment 4 mins to train 6 mins to bus and Fairfield Gardens shopping centre with Coles right next door. Theres a good sized balcony with a BBQ and a sort of patio at the front door. Theres also a small storage shed in the garage. Theres quite a lot of parking onsite and plenty on street as well. The pool in the complex is lovely too. Very secure building and apartment.Electricity broadband wireless internet and cleaner will be halved. Electricity is about $250 per quarter. Internet is $50 per month. Cleaner is $20 per week (she comes once a fortnight and does floors bathrooms and a general clean/tidy). So approx $150 per month for these bills.
