About the Room:We have a medium/large sized carpeted room for rent (leads onto a verandah) in a house in Dutton Park/Fairfield. About the House:Newly renovated kitchen /newly painted and with polished floor boards and airconditioning. Close the the PA the Mater UQ and lots of public transport.About Us:We are 2 females – a 22 year old professional and a 27 year old female (and 2 fluffy cats). We are both quite quiet during the week but like to socialise on the weekends.
