Brilliant location, very quiet cul de sac, only a 5-10 minute walk to Oxford St Bulimba, with a multitude of dining locations, bars, cinema, Woolworths, bakeries etc. Excellent public transport options – only a 5-10 minute walk to both Hawthorne ferry and Bulimba ferry stations (15 minutes ferry into the CBD), also around the corner from bus into the city (20 minutes to the city).

Studio is air-conditioned and comes fully furnished with queen size bed, bedside tables, built in wardrobe, sofa, TV, fan. Large bathroom, sliding door out to small private patio. Includes sheets, towels, crockery etc. Shared use of laundry including washing machine. Note that the kitchen is located in the laundry area, and whilst fully covered and secured (including deadlock), it is open to outside breezes. Kitchen comes with full size fridge, microwave, hot plate, pots and pans etc. Storage available if required.

The studio is small, so would suit a quiet single / student rather than a couple. Due to some level of noise transfer between upstairs / downstairs, we are looking for a quiet, respectful person please. References required, must be employed.
