We currently have a room to rent in our share house in Hawthorne. There are three of us, two auzzies and kiwi (1 chick and 2 guys) and a dog living in a four bedroom two level house. We have been here for about 18 months so far, with a lease signed until September, but with the view to extend on for another year.

We are all full time employed, fairly busy folk, but we are all friendly, social, pretty cruisey, the odd night out and generally talking random crap.

The room is one of the ones of the three on the upper level and is large enough to fit a queen bed comfortably and has built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan..

We would be looking or someone who would keep the gender split at 50:50, that is full time employed, friendly, laid back and is looking to stay for the long term.
