Hi there My Housemate is moving out and i need someone to fill the void! Basically i am looking for either single or couple doesnt matter. If one person its $210 a week a couple is $280 a week. (and share bills – water is free) This room is not Furnished – rest of the house is (if you have your own furniture we can work something out) Its on Gladstone road in Highgate Hill. so its very close to the CBD. bus stop is at the end of the drive way where you can get the 192 or 196 every 10 minutes. The place itself is a 2 bedroom (queen) the room available has its own bathroom (so no sharing) although it does cater for the washing machine. Its on the top floor (3floors) with a spacious patio overlooking the scrub (with the odd random turkey??) and a little of the brisbane skyline. Has nice big kitchen and lounge room aswell. Parking is available its just not covered as well as gated door to get into apartment complex. As for myself Im a 22 year old male that works an enormous amount of hours as a travel agent so am only home late evenings and sundays. I leave for work at 7am each morning. I only go out and party when my friends fly out to see me so normally im quiet! Am looking for someone to be able to have a chat with and not awkwardly run to my room and hide when they are in the kitchen sort of thing. Couple or single i dont mind my biggest issue is cleanliness. If you are not clean then we will not get along. I do not smoke but if you do then it doesnt bother me. Just no pets are allowed.
