We are 2 professional females looking for a tidy considerate but fun housemate. The house is very modern with stainless steel kitchen and is 2 levels with the bedrooms upstairs. There is air-conditioning but the place gets a great breeze so we rarely have to use it. There is a BBQ area and we have 2 off street car spaces with 2 on street parking permits. Polished wooden floors throughout downstairs with large floor to ceiling windows.
