The room is tastefully furnished with a queen size ensemble bed, book shelf, large desk, built in mirrored wardrobes, bedside table and large shoe rack. (If you would rather have your own furniture this can also be negotiated.) It also has an ensuite bathroom.
The dining and living area is also fully furnished. The kitchen is modern and comes equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher and all cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans and china. There is a reverse cycle air conditioning unit in the loungeroom plus a TV, amazing TV cabinet and couch. The unit has a patio and massive private rooftop deck
The unit is a 2 minute walk from Holman St ferry terminal where there are free ferries across to the city every half hour (and paid ones every 10 minutes). Its a 5 minutes walk to the Story Bridge Hotel and there is a lovely little coffee shop across the road. (and a gym next door!)
You will be living with our lovely female housemate who is very quiet and courteous and works full time in the city. She is usually away every weekend so its just like having the unit to yourself! This room is perfect for a young professional couple. The price is for the room and is not dependant on whether one or two people rent it
