Hi potential roommate We have a room for rent the townhouse is new and beautifully maintained. Its a 5 minute walk to Morningside train station 20 mins to the CBD and the valley. Buses also frequent the area – location is awesome!The room can fit a bed and a chest draws and includes a built in wardrobe.
