Room for rent!Large 4 bedroom house with two living areas in Murarrie. House is fully furnished. Great Location close to Oxford Street cafes and restaurants public transport and shops.2 guys and a girl currently living in the house already. (None of us couples). 1 bedroom available for rent at $160 per week with 2 weeks bond in advance. We are very social and friendly people. We are pretty chilled out during the week and dont mind a beverage or two on the weekend. Person applying would need to have a job. You would need to be easy going clean/tidy and a reliable housemate. Would need to help out with household chores and be respectful to others property. A social person who enjoys others company would be ideal.Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Foxtel and aircon are in the house but no internet. Bills are split evenly. No pets sorry.Cheers Vanessa
