2 storey house has 1 double room to rent. 3 others in house currently. Very quiet area close to city 2 min walk to bus stop 15 min walk to train station. Lots of parking internet 2 living rooms bar foxtel washing machine dryer dishwasher. Were an easy going bunch quiet during the week enjoy the weekends. House is always very clean. Room is furnished with new bed built in closet and seperate door on to balcony.Its a very no hassles environment relaxed fun but the house is big enough to provide all with their own space when needed.
