The apartment is an extremely spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom two-level penthouse with a massive open-plan living / dining / kitchen area that opens out onto an a-la-carte style outdoor dining area with completely unobstructed views of the Brisbane City skyline. The kitchen features a dishwasher, huge pantry, gas stove and ovens, garbage disposal, marble surfaces and has a huge amount of cupboard space for your own kitchenwares and small cooking appliances. The living / dining areas have hardwood polished floors and adjustable ‘mood’ lighting – perfect for entertaining!

The second level has yet another living area used as a ‘media room’ with a second LCD screen TV and Blue Ray DVD player, connected to Foxtel. This ‘media room’ opens out onto a massive terrace where we have an eight-person spa bath and room for an outdoor setting or even loungers for sunbathing!

The bedroom available is unfurnished and will comfortably fit a Queen-sized bed, a chest of draws and desk. It has a built-in warbrobe with plenty of storage space and has mirrored sliding doors. The room is individually airconditioned. You will be sharing a large marble-tiled bathroom with one other flatmate; the bathroom has a large shower with modern fixtures and plenty of storage space in the cupboards. Believe it or not, even more storage is available in the laundry for linens etc.!

Secure underground parking is available should you have your own car. The building also has a great open-air barbarque area and lap pool on the roof. We are only a 5 minute walk to GoMA and Brisbane Museum, 10 minutes to the South Brisbane Rail Station and buses, 15 minutes to Queen Street Mall, Casino, West End cafes, bars and restaurants, Southbank cinemas and the riverside promenade.

We enjoy the occassional drink in the evening, going out together for dinner or even staying in and cooking up a feast to watch with a good DVD with friends (and we have a great collection of DVDs by the way!).
