I have a fully furnished apartment in a modern secure 3 bedroom apartment located in South Brisbane 15 minutes walk from the city / 5 minutes walk to the cultural centre bus and train station / 20 minutes walk to QUT Gardens Point campus. This room would suit an independent quiet clean respectful non smoking person who hasnt accumulated any house furniture / doesnt have a car (parking can be limited in the area). Please note that while I love pets they are not allowed under the tenancy agreement.
