Hey guys Were Niki and Raphael and were looking for a new flatmate for our sweet apartment. We want someone who is reasonably social and pays bills etc on time. Were looking for someone to move in immediately.The apartment is in South Brisbane/West End:- 8 mins to train station and Cultural Centre bus depot- 10 mins from South Bank- Fully furnished (room partly furnished)- Air conditioned lounge- Breezy balcony complete with foosball table- Complex has a pool The rent is $220 per week which is pretty reasonable for this neck of the woods. Youd be flatting with a straight couple (24 and 25 y.o) who are easygoing and looking for someone reasonably social. Were housetrained and were hoping for someone else who is as well Would prefer just one person or friends who would like to live in the same room (same price). We would rather not have a couple due to previous bad experiences but we would be willing to meet you and see how things go from there. We will also consider travellers provided that you will be staying for at least a month.NO BOND required however we will need you to put in for cleaning costs at the end of the lease and a contribution if the full bond is not refunded.Not sure about utiities as we have only had 2 power and gas bills based on 3 people but I believe it will be roughly $100 per month.
