We have got an apartment in South Brisbane (Zone 1,15minutes waling to city)
We are going abroad for 6 weeks so we need someone to rent it out for that time.Features:
- Top floor with 2 rooms+2 bathrooms
- Fully furnished
- Big Balcony with AMAZING city views
- Swimming pool+ barbecue area
- Sauna+gym
- Supermarket Coles just out of the main entrance
- Buses in front of the building
- Nice restaurants and pubs close to the area
- No noise, it is very quiet.
- Manager on site ( they are very nice and helpful)

We rent the whole apartment so we are looking for someone who could stay in our double room. The room has got own bathroom with access to the veranda+huge built-int mirrors+plenty of natural light.
We are looking for one person or a couple/two friends who are quiet and respectful.In the second room there is a friend of ours who is gonna be temporarily but he is never at home and he is very clean and lovely.

Price
$300/week + 2 weeks bond for 1 person
$320/week + 2weeks bond for 2 people
