Our flatmate is leaving town and our great apartment in South Bank, Brisbane. We are looking for an easy going guy flatmate in his 30s. The room is available now but the person who is leaving is negotiable on dates. You would have one of the three bedrooms upstairs on the third floor (the fourth remains a spare room for guests) and your own bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished except for the room.
