We have 5 well maintained student rooms in a 6 bedroom house available for immediate occupation.

Included in the room is a bed, desk, cupboard, chair and bedding. Room 2 is a double room which comprises of a single bed and a double bed, as well as 2 desks, cupboards etc, but will be $220 per week for this room.

Electricity, water, gas and net are included in the weekly rent amount. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets and an internal laundry.

We are looking for clean, tidy and respectful students.
