Hey guys,

We have a great little share house set up here in the heart of West End.
At present there is myself (Tom, 22) and my friend (Bill, 20) and 2 girls who will be moving out this month. We both study exercise science/nutrition at UQ and work on the side. We like to keep fit and healthy, and have a pretty balanced lifestyle. We go out on occasion, and have had great house parties here in the past. I’m a bartender at Brew and a bike mechanic in the city. Bill tutors at UQ.

This house has worked really well for the past year or so with 2 girls/2 guys, so we’re going to need 2 new girls to move into the house this month.

Rent and utilities are pretty damn cheap given the location

Both rooms fit a queen bed and wardrobe or desk etc.

Off street parking is available for one car.

There is a basement downstairs which has the laundry, an extra toilet and space for extra furniture/gym equipment/parties. Also the little deck out the front is great for chilling with friends.

A few things about you:
Non-smoker
No pets
No couples (don’t mind if you have a partner though of course)
No crazies
